Viapost unveils Maestro, a new service for managing logistics from order to delivery to improve customer satisfaction

Maestro was unveiled today at the E-COMMERCE PARIS 2015 trade show. It allows merchants to track the preparation and shipment of orders, manage performance of their shippers (speed, quality of delivery, and more), and alert customers if necessary to ensure their satisfaction.
