His career at Viaposte

Having joined Viaposte four years ago, his internal mobility has enabled him to discover a variety of environments and to take up many challenges.

Initially a technical manager, then a technical advisor for advertising print assembly machines and buildings at the Viaposte platform in Gondreville, he joined a customer site in Pagny-Lès-Goin a year ago. There he is a maintenance supervisor and oversees the daily maintenance of the sorting machines and supports the development of its technicians.

Highlights of his internal mobility path

With the support of human resources, Frédéric wanted to take management training to provide his employees with the right kind of support.

He thus uses his technical and managerial skills on a daily basis to support his teams in the field. Frédéric and his colleagues have taken up many challenges, such as moving the activities of the Gondreville site to the Fontenoy-sur-Moselle site in a single weekend. This challenge was brilliantly met, while ensuring continuity of activity for the customer on the nine assembly lines that were moved.
