What is the scope of this certification for Viaposte?

Viaposte's freight forwarding business was certified following an audit. Various departments were involved in compiling the documentation:

Which freight divisions were audited?

In order to obtain certification for the entire freight business, the freight divisions of Ile-de-France Nord, Ile-de-France Sud and Lille, as well as the Kremlin-Bicêtre headquarters, were audited.
