Since the end of 2019, Viapost has launched a partnership with the Ares associative group.  Initially deployed at the Chelles site with the integration of 7 people re-entering the workforce, the partnership has now been extended to the Chilly-Mazarin site with the Log'ins association.

Forming part of the Ares group, this association specializes in the social reintegration of recognized disabled workers. (Find out more about Viapost's commitments)

I'm happy because I've found a job that allows me to be self-dependent "

As part of their reintegration, appropriate social and professional support is set up to monitor their progress throughout the duration of their contracts.

According to initial feedback, the employees have integrated well into their new jobs, as Maxime DIANGO, Log'ins employee in professional reintegration at the Chilly-Mazarin site, testifies: "I'm happy because I've found a job that allows me to be self-dependent ".
